What’s New in v1.7.0

Before, Your Daily® gave you a library of tools and courses to choose from. Helpful, but lonely. You still had to figure out what to do and when.

Now, when you open the app, you be greeted with your personalized daily plan.

Every day, you get four activities designed to regulate your nervous system in before your coffee gets cold:

  1. Ease the Body (1 min)
    A somatic practice to settle your system and help you figure out what your body actually likes. We rotate through different techniques so you can try them on like clothes and see what feels good. What works when you’re activated is different from what works when you’re numb and detached. This helps you learn the difference.
  2. Today’s Lesson (1-2 min)
    A short lesson that teaches you one thing about how your nervous system works. We don’t give you one every day because we want it to sink in without overwhelming you.
  3. Today’s Practice (1-8 min)
    A guided practice, meditation, or actionable instruction that brings the lesson into your real life. Sometimes it’s a new tool that solidifies what you just learned. Sometimes it’s a way to notice what’s happening in your body as you move through your day.
  4. Encouragement (30 sec)
    A daily boost tailored to your lesson. Because the brain learns through repetition and reward, your daily encouragement helps to solidify the day.

A Completely Rebuilt Curriculum

We rebuilt the entire curriculum from the ground up.

Every lesson, every tool, every recommendation has been redesigned by our Head of Science, Dr. Hussein Naji, and simplified for real people dealing with real symptoms. We cut the overwhelm and focused on what actually moves the needle: helping your nervous system regulate so your gut can heal.

We’ve been running live events for months, testing what helps people heal faster. Here’s what we learned: you don’t need more teaching. You need practice and a safe place to be seen.

We’ve always used design theory to guide our work. Our initial app was cozy and comforting: dark green with light peach details. Calming, but a little heavy.

Now we’re brighter, warmer, and cheerful. We inverted the color scheme to bring more life and vitality to your day. That same tone carries through everything—including our copy—moving from wise old sage to informed big sister with the expertise (and the sass) to help you live your best life.
