A green smoothie perfect for springing back from daylight savings. Bright, bouncy, with a balance of sweet and savory.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach (packed)
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Mango
  • 2 juiced Limes
  • 3 1/2 cups Filtered Water
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

Smoothie Toppin's

  • Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds

Instructions

  1. Place place all ingredients and filtered water into the blender, starting with the larger items first.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses.
  4. Sprinkle with hemp and flax seeds, and enjoy!

Notes

  • FOR ADDED PROTEIN: Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
  • Swap out mango for frozen pineapple or banana.
