  • As she tapped, the tightness in her chest softened. The intensity dropped from an 8/10 to a 3/10.

When she came back, instead of rage-cleaning the kitchen, she calmly told her family:
“I need help tonight. I can’t do this on my own.”

And this time, they listened.
